Hall of Famer! I was really surprised by the roll. The meat was juicy and sweet, the roll was buttered and grilled to perfection. It takes so little to mask the subtle sweetness of lobster. Price and size was great. I missed the $12.95 roll by a day. They upped their prices by $2.00 to $14.95 for a good size roll and NO LETTUCE! The setting was better than Morse's. At least you can be near the water even though you are next to the road that goes to Cundy's Harbor. I almost got a second roll, but gluttony is one of the deadly sins. Gurnet's is a great vlaue with solid food, so when you are on your way back fromj Cundys Harbor make sure to stop.
2012 Update: They are getting better and better each year. Way to go Gurnets!
2011 Update: Gurnet's always has specials and they are advertised on the sign. They very often have an amazing crab roll on special for around the $8 zone- get two!
